The brief
Winkworth’s old fixed phone system was outdated and not versatile enough to accommodate new handsets when required. What’s more, making calls was relatively expensive. Having already looked after Winkworth’s mobile phones for some time, they knew that they could trust Town & Country Communications to deliver a more modern and cost-effective alternative to their existing phone system.
Upgrading to a new VoIP phone system
We determined that a hosted VoIP phone system would provide the perfect solution to Winkworth Estate Agent’s problems. Not only are VoIP phone system quick to install, they generally have much lower running costs than fixed landlines and are fully scalable to allow for the addition of new handsets.
VoIP phones work by using the internet rather than traditional copper lines. In order to ensure that their new VoIP phone system would continue to perform at the very best capacity, we also took over the supply of their broadband. This means that in the unfortunate event of a fault, we can offer a solution to the whole problem, rather than having to liaise with another provider.
